These Terms and Conditions apply to Dropbox Academy members located in the countries listed in appendix A.
- Promotional Period for earning points in Dropbox Academy is 1 February – 31 December 2019.
- Points earned are only valid for approved activities as outlined and completed on the Dropbox Academy website.
- Dropbox Academy points and rewards are not transferrable for cash.
- Members who hold the highest winning bid on an auction item will have that specified points amount deducted from their remaining accumulated points total at the end of the auction.
- Auction rewards are subject to availability and substitution. A member may bid on multiple items per auction but is only eligible to win one item per auction. A member may hold the highest bid on one item at a time.
- Points are only exchanged for members with winning bids on an auction item, with members who are outbid retaining their points.
- Resellers must have an active account with Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
- Points will be awarded once each activity is completed and verified by Ingram Micro. Points will not be awarded until this time.
- Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the reward recipient and their employer.
- No correspondence is entered to Ingram Micro's decision is final.
- Ingram Micro reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of the promotion and will be the sole judge in any dispute.
- Promotion terms and conditions may be changed or varied at any time without notice.
- Ingram Micro reserves the right to terminate the promotion in whole or in part at any time without prior notice and without liability. Errors and omissions are excluded.
- The Ingram Micro logo is a trademark used under license by Ingram Micro Inc. ABN 45 112 487 966. All other trademarks, brand names and product names are the property of their respective owners.
