What is Dropbox Academy?

Dropbox Academy is an Ingram Micro incentive program designed to reward individual partner representatives on growing their Dropbox business.

What are the eligibility criteria to join Dropbox Academy

To be eligible to participate in the Dropbox Academy program you must be an employee of an Ingram Micro reseller.

What is the promotional period for Dropbox Academy?

The Dropbox Academy program runs from the 1 February 2018 to 31 December 2019 (both dates inclusive).

Rewards

How do I earn rewards?

You earn points for attending webinars, participating in training, setting up customer meetings and claiming your Dropbox sales. These points are used to bid on auction prizes.

Dropbox Academy also provides the opportunity to win rewards through limited time promotions on occasion. These are provided at the discretion of Ingram Micro.

What rewards are on offer?

Dropbox Academy is offering all members the opportunity to take part in the live auctions (every few months). Use your points to bid on auction items that you want to win. Please note that whilst a member can bid on multiple prizes, they are only eligible to win one item per auction.

Are the rewards transferrable or redeemable for cash?

No, rewards are not transferrable or redeemable for cash unless prior approval has been obtained from Ingram Micro.

What are the eligibility criteria to claim the rewards?

To be eligible for a reward, an individual must be a registered member of Dropbox Academy.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by completing the following activities:

Please note that points are updated on a weekly basis.

How do I claim a sale?

Sales belonging to your company will be available on the sales claim page for you to view. To claim, simply select the sales that belong to you and submit to earn the corresponding points for that sale.

Are there limits to the number of points I can earn?

No. You will earn points as outlined above. You can claim for every eligible activity or sale promotion and your points will be awarded upon approval.
